Special machine for shaping balloons for the dilation of blood vessels. A compressor capable of high pressure (35 bar) was designed and built. The machine had features that made it possible to ensure high quality through the machine's feedback to the process window.

We have extensive experience in clinical equipment and pilot assembly for newly developed devices. We often get involved in the early stages of these projects and are happy to participate in collaborations regarding optimisations for later high-speed production.

We have developed our own standards for such projects, which can shorten the build phase of equipment for them.

Below are photos of dose accuracy equipment, which is placed on a weighing table. The scale that measures the dosing quantity is placed on a separate column, which is without mechanical connection to the rest of the table. The column is only connected electrically to the table, i.e. it moves up/down with the table when it is raised or lowered.
